These terms cover your getcoldrange.com account and the coldRANGE websites. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Use a real email address you can receive mail at. We use it to confirm your account and reset your password.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account; tell us right away at hello@getcoldrange.com if you think someone else has used it.
• One person per account.

Fair use

Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of getcoldrange.com, don't access other people's accounts, and don't use the service for anything illegal. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Safety

coldRANGE is for dry-fire practice only. Never use live ammunition with coldRANGE targets. Unload, check twice, and keep live ammunition out of the room you train in.

You are responsible for handling any firearm or training device safely and for following the laws where you train. coldRANGE scores and times are training aids, not a measure of real-world readiness.

Your data

How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

The service

We're a small team and getcoldrange.com is new. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we provide the website and account service "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may change or add features, and we'll give notice before removing anything important.

To the extent the law allows, coldRANGE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website or account service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law. Product warranties for coldRANGE targets are covered separately.

Ending your account

You can delete your account whenever you like. We may close accounts that break these terms; where we can, we'll tell you why first.

Changes and law

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and email account holders about significant changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
